Dwayne has been the lead pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, NC. Additionally, he is director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is passionate about developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He sits an active member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
